You can set the duration of the package between weeks and months, up to 6 months.
You can schedule, modify, and postpone visits as desired, with 4 or 8 hours per visit, six days a week.

We offer flexible packages that allow you to set the duration between weeks and months, up to 6 months to meet your needs. You can also schedule, modify, and postpone visits as desired, either in the morning or evening, and throughout the week except Friday.
The duration of the visit in the hourly domestic worker service is 4 hours and 8 hours.
The system allows contracting the hourly service of Tamkeen for (30) minutes before payment.
The available nationalities are: Filipino, Indonesian, and African (including Kenyan and Ugandan).
There are time periods for the hourly service of Tamkeen that can be contracted, which are the morning and evening periods.
The client is committed to receiving the worker for 4-hour package contracts during the specified arrival periods, starting according to the booking period: Morning period: between 07:30 and 10:00 AM Evening period: between 03:30 and 06:00 PM The client is committed to receiving the worker for 8-hour package contracts during the specified arrival periods, starting according to the booking period: Morning period: between 07:30 and 10:00 AM. During the holy month of Ramadan, the 4-hour package service will be provided during the specified arrival periods, starting according to the booking period Morning period: between 10:00 and 12:00 PM Evening period: between 08:00 and 10:00 PM The visit duration will be counted from the time the worker enters the client’s home and ensures the presence of a female member. The client has no right to extend or shorten the visit duration.
Yes, we can serve you with more than one contract request in the hourly service of Tamkeen while considering the visit schedules.
In case you wish to cancel the contract before its expiration, or cancel the contract before the service is provided, the value of the effective visits will be calculated in addition to the cancellation fee of (200) Saudi Riyals. The remaining amount after deduction will be refunded to the same bank card used for payment, within 14 working days.
